STEVE HOLT !

Today has been a disappointment.  I didn’t have a bad day, but a disappointing day.  And now I’m going to let you know how this day has ended in a disappointment. 

Today started off like most days.  I hit the snooze button a bunch of times, showered, left for work, turned around because I forgot it was trash day and had to get the trash can out, then left again for work.  Got to work and found that the lady I shared an office work was out today.  Thus, why I had to share my office with Amy, (Amy isn’t her real name, but I thought I would just call her that instead. I can’t stand Amy and usually try to avoid her, everyone tries to avoid her.  Her last day is next Tuesday and everyone is soo happy!) Okay, back to today.  So, I had to share a small office with Amy and I had to listen to her damn stories, complaints and worst of all (I WARN YOU!) her urinary-track infection.  WTF!!!!! She went on for like 10 minutes…I swear I told her to shut up.  I really wanted to say “Shut up.  Shut up! SHUT UP! Shut the FUCK up!” but she just keep talking even when I talked or even left the office.  So, as I was working and Amy was just sitting there doing nothing, she got up and was talking to my boss and I over heard her say, “isn’t it about time for Lauren to leave.  I bet she’s not really adding to our business.” Yet again, WTF!!!!  One, ever since she put in her two weeks notice, she’s done nothing at all there!  Second, I’ve do a lot there and I’ve been training people on the new net-filing system I set up and the many other things I contribute there!  Third, who the fuck does that to someone…and she’s even fucking leaving! (thus why I’m calling her Amy, hahaha!)  Okay, I know I was going to be leaving there soon, and they all know I’m out there looking for another job. I was actually supposed to leave in August, but they needed me to stay and I needed the money.  So I was really mad about that, but I figured what the hell, I’ll just ignore her, cause if I didn’t I would kill her. I then left to go lunch.  That was when I heard of another job available.  So, I had to run home, print off another resume-cause I ran out of them-and then found the place to turn it in.  The problem was that the office was full and it took forever to get an application and fill it out and etc.  Two hours later (2:30 pm) I returned to work.  Once I returned my boss called me in to his office and informed me that I should probably leave work early today like 3:00ish.  Cause it’s about time for me to leave and that tomorrow might be my last day there. He wasn’t for sure, but he wanted to let me know just in case it had to become my last day.  I had to take it like a champ since I was supposed to leave in August.  I told him that I understood and that I would just play things by ear with them.  So 15 minutes later, I left to go to target, cause what else did I have to do.  There I found out that my car hates me and it died.  After getting a jump I returned to my house.  I then checked my mail and received a notice saying that my school loans are due sooner than I first believed.  Things did settle down and I’ve been watching tv and arrested development the rest of tonight.  Thus why today has been a disappointment. 

I really don’t want to go to work tomorrow now that tomorrow might be my last day.
